Terms of use
Last updated 5 October 2026
These terms cover your use of CallSimple, on the website and inside ChatGPT. By using it you agree to them. It's run by Indianappguy Tech Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, India.
What CallSimple does
You tell us who to call and what to say. An AI voice calls them, says it's an AI assistant calling for you, delivers your message, asks your questions, and gives you a summary, transcript and recording. It can't agree to anything or make promises on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
- Only ask us to call people you have a genuine reason to contact.
- You're responsible for what you ask us to say.
- Don't use CallSimple for sales or marketing calls, debt collection, threats, harassment, pretending to be someone else, or getting OTPs, passwords or bank details. We refuse these before dialling and may close accounts that try.
- Follow the law where you and the person you're calling are, including India's rules on unsolicited calls.
Limits
Calls go out between 9am and 9pm India time, last up to 3 minutes, and are limited per number and per account each day. Anyone who asks not to be called again is blocked for every user.
Minutes and payment
You buy minute packs in advance. A call uses minutes only while it's connected, rounded up to the next minute. Calls that aren't answered, or are busy, are free. Minutes don't expire. Packs aren't refundable once you've used any of their minutes. If a call fails because of a problem on our side, email us and we'll return the minutes.
No guarantees
We work hard to get calls through and transcribe them accurately, but phone networks and speech recognition aren't perfect. Summaries are written by AI and can be wrong, so check the transcript or recording for anything important. CallSimple is provided as is, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. You can stop using CallSimple at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts in Bengaluru.
