About a minute for "tell them this and ask one question". Calls can last up to 3 minutes.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets 2 free minutes, enough for one or two real calls, with a test call to your own phone ready to go.

Is it one balance everywhere?

Can I get a refund?

Packs aren't refundable once you've used any of their minutes. If a call fails because of a problem on our side, we return the minutes.
