CallSimple is run by Indianappguy Tech Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, India. It places phone calls for you with an AI voice, on our website and inside ChatGPT. This page explains what we collect to do that, who else handles it, and how to get it deleted.

What we collect

  • Your account: your email address, your name, and your own phone number once you verify it.
  • Each call you ask for: the number you want called, the person's name if you give it, your message, your questions, and the language and voice you pick.
  • What happens on the call: the lines the AI speaks, what the other person says (as a transcript), an audio recording of the call, how long it lasted, and whether it connected.
  • A summary: a short summary of the call and the answers to your questions, written by AI from the transcript.
  • Billing: the minute packs you buy and how you use them. Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

The people you call

The person you ask us to call hasn't signed up for anything, so we're careful with their data. Every call starts by saying it's an AI assistant calling on your behalf, using your name. Their number, words and recording are only shown to you, the person who asked for the call. If they ask not to be called again, we add their number to a do-not-call list and no CallSimple user can call it after that. Anyone can also ask us at hey@sanskartiwari.io to block their number.

Who else handles the data

  • Plivo (India region) connects the phone call and stores the call recording.
  • Sarvam AI (India) turns speech into text, writes the AI's replies, and turns them into voice.
  • Cloudflare hosts the app, the database and the generated voice audio.
  • OpenAI, only if you use CallSimple inside ChatGPT: what you type in ChatGPT and what CallSimple sends back is handled under OpenAI's own privacy policy.
  • Razorpay processes payments.

We don't sell your data, use it for ads, or share it with anyone else.

What we use it for

Placing the calls you ask for, showing you the results, billing you for minutes, blocking misuse (for example refusing threats, sales pitches or attempts to get OTPs), and fixing problems.

How long we keep it

Your calls, transcripts and recordings stay in your history until you ask us to delete them or close your account. Numbers on the do-not-call list are kept so the block keeps working. Billing records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires.

Your choices

Email hey@sanskartiwari.io from your account's address to get a copy of your data, delete specific calls, or close your account and delete everything. We reply within 30 days.
