Questions people ask
Does it pretend to be me?
No. The first thing it says is that it's an AI assistant calling on your behalf, with your name. It never claims to be human, and it won't agree to anything for you. It just passes the reply back.
Will ChatGPT call someone without asking me?
No. Every call shows you the number, the message and the questions first. Nothing rings until you press Confirm. You can also hear the exact opening line before you call.
Which number do they see?
A normal Indian +91 landline number, so the call doesn't get flagged as an international or spam call.
What languages can it speak?
Hindi, English, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Odia. You write the message in any language; it speaks theirs.
What if they don't pick up?
You aren't charged. You can try again later, up to twice a day per number.
What can't I use it for?
Sales pitches, debt collection, threats, or asking for OTPs and bank details. Those get refused before the call. If someone asks not to be called again, their number is blocked for good.
