Questions, a call that went wrong, a refund, or a number that should never be called again: email hey@sanskartiwari.io and we reply within one working day.

Common fixes

  • No sign-in call arrived. We call from an Indian +91 landline. Check that the number is an Indian mobile and that unknown callers aren't silenced, then ask for a new call.
  • ChatGPT says CallSimple isn't connected. In ChatGPT open Settings, Apps, CallSimple and reconnect. You'll sign in again with your phone.
  • "Calls go out between 8:00 and 22:00 IST". We don't ring people at night. Try again in that window, or call your own number to test any time.
  • Nobody picked up. Unanswered calls aren't charged. Each number can be tried twice a day.

Stop calls to your number

Got a call from CallSimple and don't want more? Just say so during the call ("don't call me again"), or email hey@sanskartiwari.io with the number and we'll block it from every account.

Delete your account

Email hey@sanskartiwari.io from the address you'd like us to reply to, with the phone number you signed in with. We delete your account, calls, recordings and transcripts within 7 days. See the privacy policy.
